Tenebe Digital is an online digital studio based in London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for any personal data we collect through this website. You can contact us at Tenebe.digital@outlook.com.

- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and the contents of your message.
- Analytics data (only with your consent): anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4, including pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device type, and referrer.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.
3. Why we use your data (lawful basis)
- To respond to your enquiry — lawful basis: legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To understand and improve the site — lawful basis: your consent (you can withdraw it any time via Cookie Preferences in the footer).
- To protect the site from abuse — lawful basis: legitimate interests.
4. How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, after which it is deleted unless we have a legal reason to keep it longer (for example, if we go on to provide services to you). Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics.
5. Who we share data with
- Microsoft Outlook — our email provider, used to receive and reply to your enquiry.
- Google (Google Analytics 4) — only if you have accepted analytics cookies. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and UK Extension, or under Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Our hosting provider — to operate this website.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the lawful basis).
